Disclaimer for Quad Tendon Tear Website

OK, so I am not a medical professional nor do I claim to be one, but I do feel I have some very in depth knowledge and experiences to share concerning quadriceps tendon rupture, repair, and recovery. Having gone through this ordeal not just once but twice, I feel I have a good understanding on this subject matter.

Disclaimer for Quad Tendon Tear Website

However, hence this disclaimer, I am not giving any sort of professional advice and with what I write about or have stated on this blog what may have or did work for me might not necessarily work or help you. Everybody is different, every injury is very different, and most importantly, everyone heals and recovers differently. Some slower, some a lot faster. I feel I recovered very fast with my first quad rupture back in 2007, but I feel my current recovery process with my bilateral tears is taking quite a bit longer than expected.

My goal with this blog is to give guidance, tips, knowledge and experience of what I had to go through and pass it along to others who have gone through the same or are currently dealing with this injury. I hope to bring together individuals from all over the globe and share their experience(s) so they can be part of the ‘Band of Ruptured Quadders‘. There are a few really useful websites out there for support and knowledge and I want to be a great resource for people as well.

If you have any comments and/or questions please don’t hesitate to drop me a line and I will do my best to reply in a timely manner. For anyone that has recently torn their quad(s) and would like to share your story (with your permission of course), let me know and I will add your story to this site. Last but not least if you would like to know more about me and my story, I suggest taking a look at my book that is available on Amazon.
